Hi Everyone- I am at a total loss as to what to do with Cesar- and Cesar's pain in the butt mom! Let me explain- a couple of weeks ago my "friend" went out of town for a couple of days on a business trip. She left her cats at home with her husband. Seems simple enough- except Cesar. I found Cesar under my front porch very ill. So I called my friends husband and explained to him that Cesar was at my house and needed a vet. He said he was not able to take the cat in but if I could drop it off at the vet he'd take things from there.So I did( we share the same Vet) So I get home and lo and behold 3 days later the vet calls and wants to know what I want done with Cesar. They had been treating the poor baby for cystitis- but that know one showed up to pick the little one up. Again I called my friends house - only to get the house sitter- my friends husband had decided to go and meet my "friend" for a week of fun. I finally get ahold of my dear friend and she asks me to pick up her baby and they will be back in town soon- and (yes I know) I do. My friend and her husband show up a week later and by now Cesar won't have anything to do with either and she freaked out on both of them.My dear friend finally got Cesar loaded into her carry all and off they went. Only to have my "friend" show up last night with the cat in tow screaming that Cesar has done nothing but fight, growl and try to escape the house. I brought both inside my place to talk to my"friend "and Cesar ended up staying and now I have one very angry ex friend saying I turned her cat against her and one very contented baby in my home. How do I make her understand that it is not the cats fault- she was gone to long when Cesar needed her- what do you think- should I have done something else?
