I am 17 and have recieved some responces to my last question which in my opinion are from the minds of people who have not been raised to use swearing as a way of expression yourself. So now i post this question to people who have been raised to use swearing as a way of expressing yourself. should teachers tolorate swearing to some extent

Here is the thing, I am young and I can cuss like a sailor but I will also be a teacher in January. The way I see it, the only way I can keep my future classroom as a place that is calm, respectful, and a place for learning is to not swear my self nor allow my students to do so. I understand the argument for swearing as part of the freedom of speech but what I will be teaching in my 7th and 8th grade classrooms could add so much more meaning and expression to what my students say than just the normal cuss words.
I also have a big thing about spelling cuss words right, my mom would let us use about any word we could spell correctly and knew what ment. If in my students writing they feel the need to cuss, fine, but there are rules for everything in school. Surprisingly enough, there are rules for everything in life to so get used to it.

I have been raised in a house that swears and where it is normal to swear, although I still think its disrespectful to swear at teachers. Its unfair, they dont swear at the pupils therefore they shouldnt be sworn at. I still swear to express myself but it needs to be done appropriatly!
