I mean do you exercise at least 3 times a week, eat whole foods, fruits, vegetables, drink a lot of water and don't eat junks? I am trying to do it, but it is so boring. I can't just pass deserts and coke. What about you? What do you think about healthy lifestyle? Is it easy?

yes i take as much care as possible for myself and my children too, i dotn allow them too much junk food and also i do regular yogas each day for about 45 minutes, that gives me energy for my work and also positive attitude towards life. Its not that easy to be away from all the temptations of junk food, and also to do exercises, leaving your bed early andhaving that sweating, but yes that is the most essential part of life, if u want to be happy and successful.

I certainly am trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, but it isn't easy. I am like you! I love diet pepsi and desserts. I usually start the day off healthy and by midday, I am craving something not so healthy. I have started serving salad with every meal to get my kids to eat a little healthier too.

I do my best. I have scoliosis, which is a curved spine, and arthritis so it's painful for me to move around a lot. I mainly walk around my house until the pain gets bad then I sit down. That's my exercise! I do try to eat properly so I'm doing the best I can. Desserts aren't bad unless you make a habit of them--everything in moderation!

I allow myself a browines and coke every week :) It is hard to live a perfect lifestyle, but I am doing better than in the past. I try to walk or run at least 3 times a week though and eat whole foods.

It's not easy...fruit is very expensive and not good quality. I cannot afford to buy food and pay a lot then throw it away. We need to develop new habits as we developed the habits to eat junk food and drink liquid sugar. If we don't treat our bodies right we will end up paying for it as we grow older. I always had an active healthy lifestyle but my knees were troubling me from an early age. I took no notice and now I have very little mobility. I'm not able to enjoy life as I did and I have also gained weight as a result of the inactivity. The weight is affecting my weight bearing joints and muscles causing me to be even less active and in a fair bit of pain as well. I now eat more rubbish and sweets because I am so distressed. It's so important to educate the young ones but unless we can get rid of all the junk food, there's really no point.

Hello soleya. I think that I lack of enough exercise because the only exercise I do every day is walking from my office to my apartment on campus, which is so close to each other. Vegetable is my favorite. I eat more vegetables than meat. Sometimes I miss junk food and will buy some to eat, but not always. I spent my spare time too late and I am supposed to get to bed earlier before eleven. I usually get to bed at twelve. And I get up at around six thirty. I don't think that I have enough sleep. So in general, my lifestyle is not completely healthy. Something must be done to improve it. Take care, friend.

I don't live a healthy lifestlye at all. LAtely I have been trying to change my diet but not actually diet. I work at an office so it has been kinda hard for me to stop snacking and I don't get too much movement here. I know I am not perfect so during the week at work I try to stay as good as possible. For example, no soda or juice. And I try to drink about 100oz of water because I know during the weekend I will cheat. I have been eating fruits lately and grilled chicken with veggies. I think living a healthy lifestyle is hard to do. I mean for the people who are 5'5 and 130 and can eat whatever they want and don't gain anything must be easy for them. But for me I can get an ice cream cone on Monday and by Friday I've gained like 5lbs..lol..Everyone knows their limits so I think if everyone stays within those limits it would be better.

I live a partly healthy life style, if that makes sense I dont eat certain meats and I exercise occasionally, but I tend to eat a little to much junk food sometimes, and I dont get much sleep especially in the past 3 years so there are parts of my life that are healthy and other parts that are not, and I need to be more healthy then I have been over the years.

I think I am not leading a good healthy lifestyle. I am at most limited to be doing much exercises, eating food that are good for the health, and can't even give habits that threatens my health. Though thinking now that its getting much for the worse, I gained weight, easily getting tired with just little movements, that made me doing something to think of getting started to have a good healthy lifestyle.

I try to lead a healthy lifestyle. I have a hard time passing up desserts, too. But I do exercise 5 days a week and i try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I don't drink a lot of water, because I don't like the taste but I do drink green tea every day. I like Coke or Pepsi and have a glass only with dinner (it helps my digestion). I mostly eat at home too, which helps with eating the right kinds of food.

I try to be as healthy as I can. I too have trouble with the eating part. I think I like some healthy foods, but bread and pasta are definately my weakness. I only have a pop once or twice a week. The rest of the time it's unsweetened tea and water. I prefer tea though. I like to go for walks, but I'm somewhat "out of shape" right now. I got the wii fit, but in my opinion that just doesn't burn enough calories. it only burns about 150 in an hour. I was a national judo competitor when I was younger and I injured my hip pretty badly. I am working on going back into that. It burns over 900 calories in an hour. So, if you don't mind taking a fall I'd suggest trying it. It's really fun and not near as painful as it looks.
