Triond.com is one of my poorest paying writing sites. I have over 20 articles there and yet this month I have only managed 57 cents. However what I do love about triond is the fact they payout at 50 cents into your paypal account. I just wish they paid more per pageview and it would be so great if they ever decided to pay upfront payments, even based on pageviews and quality. I do not think we will ever see this at Triond though.
I get paid much more at Helium, where I have over $7 this month on pageviews despite me only writing a few articles this month. As for AC I have just over $1 there and it is rather disappointing since I have over 40 articles on that site.
I think they key to earning more from writing is to write as much as possible on popular topics, and make sure your articles contain popular keywords that rank high in the search engines

see,all the online money making programes need a quite a lot of referrals but the thing is getting those thing is very tough task and the person has also to be very active to earn us more and as this program also demands that particular thing.

I did not realize that Triond had a referral program. Where is that stuff located on the site. Yes, I am having navigation problems on their site.

I have yet to actually write anything for Triond, despite joining a year ago. I just have been so busy. There is also the fact that they want first rights, and most of my stuff is written for other people first. Like for instance, the astrology columns I wrote for the college newspaper can be put up on Associated Content, but not Triond. The site just does not fit into the way I have my earning pattern structured.

Actually my percentage of articles that were eligible for upfront payment on AC is only six percent. Most of my articles are reprints. The reason that AC is getting more attention from me is that I don't have to crowbar an article into a predetermined title nor do I have to worry about leapfrogging a perfectly good article all the time to keep it earning for me.

US people love Associatedcontent more than Helium. Since they've a good upfront payment system. But Helium pays everyone equally.

Hello. I have joined Triond too, but so far have not written any thing there. I just have been too busy with my work. I will try when I get the time.
Have a nice day.

I investigated Triond and I didn't like that they retain exclusive rights to all your writing. Helium allows you to publish your articles elsewhere, such as on your own blog. It seemed to me that Triond were just looking to get cheap content for their blogs without having to employ anyone.
I am glad you posted this, because I have been considering Triond and now I probably won't join. I try to keep my writing on sites that pay me well enough to make it worth my effort.

Hi, thanks for your post, can you please mention some websites where you get paid for writing and where you are satisfied with your earnings- so that I can try them.

The thing with Triond is to write a few articles, submit them to Triond first, then to all the other sites, after that forget about it and you will receive a small amount of income from triond, it may not be a lot but it is something, better that nothing and it is residual income so you will still earn from it in a years time etc.

ah so that's how it's done.... but anyway right now i don't have any site to post articles to other than triond so i guess i'll just stick with it right now. i still get paid every month, and sometimes every other month but not really big amounts yet so i guess it's ok... =) At least i get some. Haha.

My experience with triond is very sad. So far I have submitted two articles. The first article they said that I already published on my site. The second article they said had some grammatical errors which got accepted at other article submission sites. My feeling is why triond is so particular that each word of the article is original and not even 1% mistakes. I feel I have wasted my time at this site. I am not interested in this site anymore.

Triond's payment is pathetic, and you have to post articles there before you can post elsewhere, otherwise they reject your content. However, they have a low payment threshold, so you get a trickle into your Paypal account each month. The other advantage of Triond is that you can submit pictures, and if you put a witty caption on it, you could earn more for your picture, which has only taken seconds to upload, than an article which may have taken an hour or more to write!

If you made 1 article and it received 10 views- $0.01 per month
1 article and 100 views - $1.00 per month
1 article and 1000 views- $10.00 per month
1 article and 10,000 views– $100.00 per month
If you made 10 articles and they all received 10 views - $0.10 per month
10 articles and 100 views each- $10.00 per month
10 articles and 1000 views each- $100.00 per month
10 articles and 10,000 views each- $1000.00 per month

this Feb 10 2010 would be my 3rd time receiving payment from Triond and I expect it to be $3. My first was $1.06 then $2.21...glad to know that my earning is gorwing...i just hope it would be more than $50/month...but I know I can't reach the quota since I submit is a fiction which earns the least in Triond.
