These days, Chinese all over the world just celebrate the dragon boat festival in order to commemorate a great poet, Qu Yuan, by eating eggs, rice dumpling and some other delicious food. We sort of have a tradition to send some eggs to our friends. So, I have received eggs of all kinds(pickle eggs, boiled eggs, kink of preserved eggs). It is like a brain sugery do deal with the eggs. To be honest, I had eaten six eggs yesterday. I managed to survive this anyway. As you know, during the festivals like Chirstmas day, there are lots of delicious food. Also, when you trave to some place, the local food that you have never eaten before are just so attracting. Do you overeat somehow? Then, how do you deal with the full stomache?

We have many holidays that involve serving special foods. And yes, I often overeat at this time. The only thing to do is not eat much the next day until I feel hungry again.

It sounds reasonable. So, I just drank some milk this morning. But I just worry about my eggs! Take care!

I wouldn't worry about it. Eggs are high in protien and very good for you. I know they also have cholesterol, but if you don't eat that many every day it will not be harmful for you.

I am always careful what I eat my friend, I am quite a fussy eater and I will only eat what I know I like and my gym instructor actually told me I am not eating enough would you believe! I have to eat more! But obviously healthy food because of my training regime. I love eggs! They are very good for you especially for building the muscles and I will have four eggs in an omelette. I very very rarely overeat so I don't have problems with a full stomach. Even through the holidays I am careful what and how much I eat so I avoid junk food. Occasionally I will have a bit of chocolate but I am very health and food conscious!

Yes I always overeat when there are holidays here. It is hard to resist and stop eating when you see so much food prepare on the table. After that you experience stomache or indigestion sometimes I regret it. What I do the next day I don't eat the left over and eat citrus fruits. What I hate about holidays that I can easily gain weight because of eating so much. Here in the Philippines it is in our tradition to eat so it is hard to lose weight during holidays.

For me, the best way to deal with an overly full stomach is to walk it off.

I try not to. I hate that super full feeling. However, if I really can't help it, a nice warm cup of Tarragon Tea helps. You can buy Tarragon Leaves in the Supermarket. You just need some hot water and you put the leaves in there. Leave it for a while. After three or five minutes, you may already drink it. It helps in digestion.
