quality life having one kidney removed

my grand child is ten years old. Having one kidney rmoved what will happen to her body and what kind of problem she might have on long term period of life. Pls any answer will be wellcome

hi she wont have any problems my niece had her kidney removed thro cancer when she was 2 years old.jade is now 20 and as got perfect health..please dont worry...mandy
