I remember when I was 4 years old, I put strawberries on my christmas wish list. I never got those strawberries, but I did get bags full of toys. Barbies, Pocahontas dolls, a piano, some stuffed animals, barbie clothing, lots of stuff. I think it was the happiest time of life for me. From what I recollect, it was the biggest christmas ever. There was a loooot of my family there.

My family gather around to share stories after eating our christmas dinner together. We also open our gifts at the same time.
Anyway for gift ideas, this might help you http://www.gifti.us

well, I have an extremely close immidete family... grandma, mom, daughter, grandpa... however.. aunts.. and cousins.. its a different story... they are relatively mean now. so the best Christmas memories I have.. is before they grew to be the way they are now.
They would come over to Grandma's house on Christmas Eve and we would exchange gifts and play lots of games. We all slept on the floor.. whereever... (my mom and I lived there) and the kids all slept in my room. and I remember waking up the next morning all of us running to the front and the tree, and each one of us would have one of those lifesaver books, and a couple of toys,,, dont even remember what they were. It was just the closeness that we felt, and the fun we children had together, it was wounderful! Often times I wish we could have those days back!
