I sure do. I like good scents and I just like to smell good all the time. My mother always liked cologne, too. I know there are a lot of people who can't wear cologne because they are allergic to it. Then, there are some people who can only wear certain kinds of cologne. I learned this when I sold Avon. I'm also aware that there are some people who are allergic to the price, if you know what I mean, LOL, and they will say they are allergic to it so they won't have to pay for it. I have a lot of allergies but this is one thing I'm glad I'm not allergic to. Good scents bring a lot of happy memories. Do you like to wear cologne?

I know what you mean. It's also my daily routine. I like to smell good and feel good, too. I've always thought that it might help me get a man, too, lol. I'm just kidding. I know it takes more than cologne to catch a man. It might be some help, though. Thank you for responding and happy mylotting. Kathy.

I like to have different scents for everyday, myself. I remember when I graduated from high school, I got several different colognes from different people. Some people gave me cologne sets. I had a different scent for everyday of the college season. Some people can't wear but one fragrance. I realize there are people who don't like but one fragrance but some people are allergic to a lot of fragrances, too. Kathy.

Bless your heart! It sounds like you must have a lot of allergies to cologne. Like I said in my discussion, some people can only wear certain kinds of cologne and some can't wear it at all. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't wear it. Kathy.

Hi coco! As I said in my discussion, this is one thing I'm glad I'm not allergic to. I just like to smell good all the time. I like to get compliments from males, too, but unfortunately, that rarely ever happens to me, unless it's somebody I'm dating, lol. Thank you for responding and happy mylotting. Kathy.

I am a perfume person because these scents last longer. It does not matter if you put it early in the morning, it lasts til the evening. D&G Light Blue and Tommy Girl are my favorites. However, when the weather is super hot, I wear colognes. I do not know if it's just me, but colognes seem to have this soothing and refreshing effect. They're perfect for the hot weather because you can spray them all over. Joe Malone and Bath & Body Works's cologne line are my ultimate must-haves.

Hey russo! I knew that there was a difference between cologne and perfume but I didn't know what it was exactly. I thought that cologne was either stronger or lasted longer. I didn't know which. Two of my mylot friends from India didn't know what cologne was so I explained to them that it was pretty much the same as perfume, only I thought cologne lasted longer. I'm not sure if I'm right or not, though. I've heard of tommy girl but I've never heard of D&G blue. It sounds good. I've never heard of Joe Malone but I've heard of Bath & Body Works. I really do like their stuff, too. We have a Bath & Body works at the mall here in Jasper. Kathy.

It has something to do with the amount of oil in the fragrance. Perfume has more. You should try those that I mentioned, they all smell so good. Anna Sui's Secret Wish Magical Romance also smells great, but it's a Eau de Toilette.

I am allergic to most colognes. Avon especially brought about a reaction...something about all avon products. I could not wear their makeup or perfumes, lotions etc. I am not allergic to some of the more costly perfumes but alas...as you stated....I am allergic to the cost. I can love a perfume on someone else but if I put it on, my eyes get all red and itchy, nose starts running...not a good time. I usually stick to the oils...they don't seem to bother me at all.

This is understandable. You said you usually stick to the oils. At least you can wear some kind of scent. Thank you for responding. Have a good night and happy mylotting. Kathy.

I don't usually like to wear it, when I do, it feels far too overpowering. Some of my good friends do though, and I've come to love the smell. Everytime I smell something similar, I am reminded of them, and I love it.

Hi, Kathy, how are you doing?I haven't heard from you for quite a long time~` I'd be very glad to answer this.I like wear cologne, and I like all the good scents,so I have different kinds of perfume. and around me, most of my friends use perfume~~boys and girls, all. But we are suggested that we can't use too much,so too much perfume will reduce the smell ability, and then it will influence the mood.According to the research, people who always use too much perfume acted passive, they always looked upset. So don't use so much perfume~~

It's good to hear from you, Frank! I haven't heard from you in a long time, either. I assumed you were just busy since you had just graduated college, trying to find a job, maybe. I have different kinds of cologne, myself. I wear a different fragrance everyday. That's just the way I am. I like to wear something different everyday instead of the same thing all the time. I'm aware that some people can't wear certain fragrances because they're allergic to them. In that case, they have to wear the same thing all the time. Then, there are some people who can't wear cologne at all. I don't think I use too much cologne. I never have heard of people who used too much cologen or perfume acting passive or looking upset. Kathy.

What exactly is a colorgne? Is it a powder or a perfume? I have heard about cologne talk which is a powder and I apply them on my body as it is good to have them in summer time. They are good in absorbing sweatings, isn't it?

Hi sanuanu! "Cologne" is just another name for "perfume". Cologne is a little more expensive than perfume, I guess. I don't know about them being good in absorbing sweating. I know that some powders are good for this and deodorant is better at it. Cologne or perfume will just make you smell worse if you're sweating. Kathy.

oh yes i do......it helps to enhance your personality......and specially in our country where the climate is warmer most of the months we do need it during the day......because of the sweat and ted to emit fowl odor......so it is always preferable to wear a cologne.......i don't have any particular brand or choice to go for......i choose the best fragrance which i feel is appealing to me and also to the others.....as some of the Cologne are too sharp and strong and can make the other person feel suffocated......so one has to bear in mind that you should use some light cologne while to to work........as you rightly say some of them can be too expensive but i guess if you have some disposable income to spend there is absolutely no harm in buying one......and also keep you active through out the day !!!!

Hello John4Christ! Yes, I forgot to mention that good cologne is expensive. I've been wearing the imposters here lately. I usually get the small bottles for $1.99 at Walgreens. Yes, you are right. You have to think about the people you will be around, too. Some people can't be around certain fragrances that are strong. I used to hear this a lot when I sold Avon. The customer would say she couldn't stand to be near somebody in church with a strong fragrance on. Happy mylotting. Kathy.

It's the same as perfume. Stuff that makes you smell good, in other words. You can spray it on, splash it on, rub it on, whatever. Kathy.

I love it. y favorite thing n a ma is tommy hifigre or any of the curves. For myself I love using parish hilton. She has a few good ones and I lik to vary between those. The curves for women are also some of my favorites. I sold avon too. I didn't like tha you couldn't always let people test the scent before you sold them.

I didn't know that you couldn't let people test the scent before you sold it to them. This must be a new rule because I always let the people test the scent. I never was told that I couldn't, anyway. I had some testers with me. I had lipstick samples and makeup samples I would leave with people, too. I sold Avon from 1976 to 1983. Kathy.
