Yesterday my husband and I watched a very good movie called An Inconvenient Truth. It's about global warming based on years of scientific research. It's really a touching movie and really makes us realize that we have to do something to save the world that we live on no matter what our political belief is. I would recommended this movie to you all, so here is the link: http://www.climatecrisis.net/aboutthefilm/ It's my movie of the day :) What about you, what movie did you watch recently?? What is it about ??? Is it good ???

Last night my husband, my mother in-law and I watched The weather man with Nicholas Cage. It was a very funny movie where Nicholas cage played a bored weather man. He was brilliant and hilarious. I would recommend this movie if you have not seen it yet! You will not regret it. Take care.

I just got done watching Seven Pounds. It stars Will Smith and Rosario Dawson. I can't really say what it is about, because it is one of those movies where you can't really say because it reveals the movie. When the actors were promoting the movie last year they never talked about what the movie was about, just showed clips. But, I thought it was really good. I saw Inconvenient Truth awhile back ago. I thought it was really good at showing and informing about the environmental issues we have.

for me it is a tossup between metal: a headbangers journey and its sequel global metal. i love these movies because they give you an insight into one of the most misunderstood group of people in the world, metalheads, that is people who love, eat, live and breathe the heavy metal genre of music. as a metalhead i feel that we are well represented as the directors are both metalheads, who decided to go out there and make a documentary about us. it is a great watch for metal lovers and for those who want to better understand those who love metal. the first movie was about the origins of metal and what a metalhead is. the sequel came about because of the grateful flood of input from metalheads around the world, the directors then decided to travel round the world in search of more of us. there are even lovers of metal in places like iran where it is actually illigal.

For now i don't see any interesting movie yet. But of course in the past few days i have seen a lot of nice movies either in dvd, cds, or in tv. But in the philippines i do like one of the episode love story or drama in which the cast is the famous F4 . I just watch their movie recently and from since then i've been watching it every weekdays because it is very interesting. I believe there were so many who went crazy about their ideal actors in that movie.

I just finished watching "Hotel Rwanda! And to tell you, the movie was phenomenal! The story is incredible, very unique and an eye opener! I always like this kind of movies! Moving, heart melting and eye opener movies. Hotel Rwanda is about the struggle of Paul Rusesabagina (played by Joaquin Phoenix) against mass murder. The summary: Following the assassination of the president of Rwanda in 1994, Rwanda's majority tribe, the berserkopic Hutus went all out in deciminating the minority tribe, the Tutsis. U.N. troops, barred from intervening, could only sit and watch as thousands were brutally slayed each day. With no help forthcoming from the western world, there was practically no way the Tutsis could escape the carnage. That was until Paul Rusesabagina, manager of Hotel Mille Collines, decided to open his Hotel's doors and provided sanctuary for thousands of refugees. This is the harrowing account of how Resusabagina did everything he could to shelter the hapless minorities, including his wife (played by my favorite British actress Sophie Okonedo) and children, from the rampaging Hutu militia. More importantly, it chronicles one man's triumphant stand against unflinching madness in one of Africa's darkest chapters. Happy MyLotting!
