I won the lotto! now what is the first thing that I would buy?

So, this is purely hypothetical, because no matter how many times I bet on the lotto, I never really got any number correct. One time I had two numbers, and then that's it. But admit it, there are times that you dream of winning that hundred million jackpot.. so what would be the first thing that you would buy? Please don't put real estates and things like cars because that would be on all our list. Think of something that you have always wanted to buy, but it cost too much or really is just out of your budget.. Mine would be a Laptop. I have always wanted one, but for some reasons I just can't save enough money for me to buy one.. what's yours? Thanks!

ok... so i can buy something for myself now... goodiiieee... lol
i want to buy that watch i really wanted for so long, a tag heuer one, and also that nikon digital camera, i also want a dv video cam... i have so many things i want for myself... 
i want to buy rubber shoes too, not the one on sale...hahaha

LOL! Lotto here is tax-free.. yep you read it right.. it's Tax free! So, all those millions would be all yours, and you won't be harrased by the government to pay your taxes.. though, you'd probably be harrassed by all your long lost relatives asking for a portion of your "good luck". LOL!

oh my, if I won the lotto I would be so ecstatic I wouldnt' know what to do first.
but given the chance, first off, I would pay off all our debts (credit cards, family, etc.) Then the next step is to have a shopping spree for my children and my hubby and of course myself. My children wanted a psp (we can't afford it, it's too expensive here) I'll go and buy them one each. Then one state of the art laptop for me and my hubby, one that cost around 80 to 100k (Php), sony or HP maybe. I'll get the best one for each of us. Then as some have mentioned here a good digital cam/video cam.
then I'll spend some of renovating our house. then save most of it for future use.
Oh my it's really wonderful to dream of having all these stuff... hahahaha.. I wish I win the lotto for real and then I can fulfil the dreams I mentioned here... hahaha :)

yep, it's really nice to dream right? while I was reading your response, I can't help but say to myself, yep, I want that too, I would do that too, and that's a good idea, I should add that to my list. hehehehe. I think it's fun to dream and to list all the things we want to buy and just pay off..

So we're not aloud to put real estate. LOL OK, let me think for a minute. I too, would definitely want a laptop computer, but I'm not sure that would be the very first thing that I would buy.
You know what I would probably do. I would probably go to Chicago and buy a pizza for dinner at one of their great Chicago style pizza places. Then I would get a really nice hotel there, because I rarely spend the money on a hotel there. I usually end up driving back home, because it is so close.
After that, I think I would buy tickets to a Broadway Show in New York City. And of course a airplane ticket to get there, and a really nice hotel in New York. That would be great.
Then, finally, I would have to take a trip to Seattle. I always wanted to go there, and still have never made it. So that would definitely be on the top of my list!

Hmm. that's a good idea, using the money for travelling.. all those who has responded to this discussion has made me think of my things to buy when I win the lotto.. now my list is sooo looongg.. and now i'm adding travel the world to my list. lol. I would like to go to Africa, to Australia, and to Egypt.. hmmm.. and the Caribbean, and of course, i want to go to all the great places here in The Philippines.

personally for me after the a house and car, i would buy a Sick Desktop system and HD Media Components and Gaming Consoles , well that's pretty much it . Cheers
