Improve hair thickness

Any tips on naturally improving the thickness of hair?

Hi there Joy! I would recommend using the shampoo called "Mane and Tail". I used that shampoo and it thickened my hair even more. I stopped using it though but only because that wasn't the effect that I was looking for.
