Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS Lite??

I have my DS for about 2 years now and I'm planning to upgrade to a DS lite. Do you think it's worth it? They say DS phat is not as sensitive as the DS lite and said I should stay and stick with the phat version. What do you think guys?
