My BSNL New Student Suvidha GPRS settings

I have a new BSNL sim. It is "New Student Suvidha" plan. In this sim the minimum balance for GPRS use is Rs 100/- whereas for General plan, it is only Rs 50/- only. Also when I sent SMS for setting, I didnt get the settings. this is only for new sim( ie New Student Suvitha). Can anybody know more about this?. please share your suggestions by http://www.kasimachi.co.cc/blog/
