i've been working in germany company about 2 years, now i realize that german is very important for me to be succesful, would you pls give some good advices how to learn german well?

German language is somewhat difficult.There are schools where German languages are taught but they can be quite expensive.I've tried to learn German online for a short period of time and I somehow got some of the basics.But I believe that if we wanna learn how to be good at something,we need to have constant practice,in your case, speaking in German as much as possible on a daily basis.Hope this helps.
