reduce ur weight??

Hohoho,i know in special condition i love eating many times. Eating,eating,eating..and i always like to have a lunch more and more,right now i want to make my weight decrease. Do u know how to reduce my weight,.? Something recipe to make a food..except vegetables? Thanks for your comment,happy mylotting!

I want to lose weight also but I have problem on eating everytime I get tired I love to eat sweets and I ate too much. It's kind a weird I still I have an appetite to eat more even if I have an illness. I know that it is bad for my condition to gain more weight but I can't control my eating habits. I exercise at least 4 times a week but I can't control my eating habits. Right now I avoid eating sweets but I get tempt when I see sweets at home. I think you need to exercise and eat balance, avoid eating too much. Although it is hard to do but we need to motivates ourselves to lose weight for our health.

Well to loose weight there is only one thing i know and that is eating a lot of fibre and fruits and excersice.When we stop eating outside junk things work more efficiently with us.try not to eat out and over food.

It's really important that we need to consider the importance of healty lifestyle. I know everyone wants to be fit. Everyone find it's own way to reduce weight to gain confidence or whatever purpose they do have in mind of reducing weight. In my own experienced i really have the hard time reducing weight especially when i have the wrong motivations of why i'm doing it. I love to it as well and I cant sacrificed to say no-no to chocolates, softdrinks before. My friend told me that before i start reducing my weight i should worked out first with my motivation why i need to lose weight then i start to live a healty lifestyle and start exercising. Reduign weight is like a game and the name of the game is " Discipline" you have to be discipline your mind and your will. One should bear in mind that it's not an overnight process and it should be gradual. One tip that I can give you is to exercise regularly and drink a lot of water.

To lose weight, one must exercise regularly + eat food(s) that are healthy. One must also tweak his or her lifestyle. Drink 8 to 12 glasses everyday. Try to lessen sugar intake. Get 8 hours of sleep. Don't starve yourself.
