Looking for a way to do a webcam conference

I use Skype with my friends, and we like to use a web cam. Sometimes we want to add more people to our call but we found that you can only talk (not use a web cam). For example if I was using the web cam with my friend "Susie" and we wanted to include someone else in the conversation we would have to stop using the Web cam. I've tried finding other programs but so far I haven't found any that work well. Does anyone know a program that would work and that is web based so I wouldn't have to download it.
