Do you like listen the rain? i really love this sound....

Yes, the sound of rain can be nice. I don't mind thunder storms either. I remember once when I was waiting for a bus with my younger brother and my mum, and there was another woman there complaining about the amount of rain we were getting. My brother, who was only 5 years old at the time, told her not to complain because the rain made the flowers grow.

I love lightening and thunder...always have. I do like being inside, listening to the rain hit the roof, especially if I'm falling asleep, but I don't like the sound of it when a hurricane or tropical storm is headed for us. One year three came through during the night and I didn't like that at all.

Yeah, i do! Especially at night when i'm about to sleep. I think it sets the mood for a sleepy night. When it rains, it's also cold right? The sounds, it's just so comforting especially when you're at home. If gives me a feeling that there's nothing more to do but relax. Though sometimes the sound of the rain makes me feel uneasy when i need to go out of the house.

of course, the sound of rain just be like the music of nature.but i do hate the rainstorm.

Can't say I like listening to rain, unless it's been a hot humid day, and the rain is going to cool it off. But as a youngster, my mom and dad never wanted us to be afraid of Thunder and lightning, so when we had a storm, we would sit on the porch and watch it. The thunder usually meant that the angels in the sky were bowling, and when it was lightning, the angels were just getting up in the morning, and putting the lights on. So to this day, storms do not frighten me, and I laugh when I hear of those who take out the holy water, the minute they hear a rumble.

Hi there icesmile! Good day to you! Like you, I love the sound and the feel of the rain. It helps me get inspired to write because of the mood it creates in the surroundings. Here in my place, it rains alot these days because summer just ended and it is the start of the rainy seasons. It feels nice listening to the rain and also I like it because it keeps the air cool. I like the noisy rain more than the silent rain. I don't know why but I feel very comfortable and enclosed when I hear that sound of the rain.. it has a soothing sound and it is very weird that I feel very cared for when it is raining and it puts a smile on face but not that happy.

i love to walk in the rain and yes i love to listen to the rain on a tin roof.it is Gods music.

I much prefer actually walking in the rain. Without an umbrella or a rain coat, and just let the rain soak me. I do like stormy nights. The stronger the storm, the more excited I get. Howling winds, shifting trees, rain in your face.

Hello icesmile!!! Well I love the rain specially when I am safe at home. I may hate rain when I am out on some important work. When I am inside the home safe, I like to listen the sounds of the rain, be near the window, feel comfortable to blanket and get lost within it. I can't describe how interesting is that experience. Nowadays, we are getting the rainy season. It rarely rains in winter, and specially in winter it is interesting when it rains. You may feel amazed, but I like it. Also I had downloaded a track from a internet called the Rain showers. So, sometimes I play this track keep my earphones in, close my eyes, imagine that is raining heavy as relax. Well that is the relaxation track and so I enjoy it very much... Happy mylotting...

Hi icesmile,you have a romantic heart i think.when i watch rain from windows ,it always make me think a lot.i like to put myself there for a while and do nothing but just thinking freely.it was rainy here these days.not only the sound i like but also the rain view i love.

I agree that rain makes us relax.. when you are at home. But when you are out to do some stuff it is something I do not want to hear or see. Its good if you are just home watching movies and hanging out..that i enjoy. Sometimes it is hot as well so thats not great but overall rain makes us relax thus good sleep! :)

Yes, I love to listen to the rain. The sound just makes me relax. What i normally do is pull a chair up and look out the window, or sit outside under the tint. If you ever just tried to listen to a fish tank, it sounds just like rain. They all does the same thing for me.

Yeah.. I really like to listen the rain because its produce some sort of tone that make me very relax. The sound is so energetic to listen,some outstanding drummers r drumming their best performance. but i don't like to listen the rain when i out house.

I also like the sound of the rain from the roof it makes me feel relax and comfy. But where I live at the moment (Egypt) doesn't rain much and when it rains it's just like a drops! I live here for almost 2 years now and I only experienced one heavy rain and it's just for an hour or two and if there's one that I'm not aware of, it's probably when I was asleep, lol. In my country it rains a lot also and I really miss that weather.

Well,i grow up in south of China,and there is a lot of rain around the year,so I do have the same idea with you,i like rain. When there rains,i used to walk with an umbrella or not,just walk ,and listen to the rain,it is so relaxing . What's more ,i am not afraid of storms,maybe bacause i used to it already.

i enjoy listening the rain sound.maybe we are all the sensitive person.hehe. the rhythem of the rain give me a feeling of comfort and quiet moment. i just want to prefer stay at my own home and spent some time with myself,writing ,reading,seeing the old pics.... that's feeling is nice.

Right now it is raining here in the Philippines for 2 days I think it is the start of the rainy season. I like also the sound of the rain everytime it is raining outside I like to watch it. I agree that it gives relaxation I don't know why I'm happy when it is raining. I hate when there is a typhoon or thunder or lightning which is scary. I remember I was walking home that time when the lightning is striking so what I do I run to reach our house immediately.

I too love the sound of rain especially when going to sleep. I love rain but most of the only at night. It is quite relaxing unless of course its thundering and lightening. Then not so much so, but just rain is beautiful to me.

Ya, i like the raining sounds too. I feel very warm and comfortable to be able to have a roof and stay inside it when it rains. This makes me appreciate more what i already have now. Just imagine those people who don't even have a house to stay, when it rains where should they be going? I will sometimes think of these questions in my mind. One of my friends also told me that he likes rain a lot too. He feels calmful and peace when raining and when looking at the rain drops. Regarding the storms and thunder, i don't like it either. It sometimes gets too loud that it can frighten us and give us a sudden shock.
