You can use the funds in your liberty reserve to join other programs who accepts liberty reserve as a form of payment or you can exchange it with other e-currency through an e-currency exchange where you can transfer it to alertpay, strictpay, solid trust pay, etc. (but with a charge). I think is some sort of replacement of egold as egold got some problems and i see that all those sites which were using egold now turned in to Liberty Reserve as their accepted payment processor.I am not sure how it is operated because not having any account yet with this pay processor i use pay pal and alert pay.
