Obama's priorities...

Did anyone read the news today? Apparantly, the First Couple decided to fly to New York City to go to dinner and a show. Our tax money paid for this trip. That really bothers me. The families in our country are going hungry and losing their homes due to job losses, and our taxes are paying for the pres to go out. Let them do like everyone else and pay their own way. And isn't he the one who is saying that we need to be more frugal when spending money? Isn't he the one who thinks that our vehicles should be more fuel efficient? Well, I personally think he is a hypocrite. Jet fuel is highly expensive and not efficient at all. He needs to get his priorities straight. Either practice what you preach Mr. President, or keep your mouth shut.

This isn't the first time I've heard of him doing this...not long ago I read a news article about him using Airforce 1 to take him and his wife to Chicago to go to dinner. Also back when he first got into the White House there was a news article aobut how he kept it so hot in there that you could raise orchids...he claimed it was b/c he was from Hawaii and liked warm weather LOL...he moved to the White House from Chicago...not Hawaii, I guess the American ppl are the only ones that need to keep their heat low to save energy.
It seems that being frugal only applies to everyone else...not him or his family. Alot of the things I see him say are in direct contrast to what he's doing...the whole saving fuel...except when you use Airforce 1, the whole conserve heat...except in the White House, public schools are fine institutions...but his girls go to private school. It's like the old saying "Do as I say, not as I do".

He is a hypocrite! A big one!! And I can't get over this whole health care garbage where people are looking at jailtime for not being able to afford healthcare insurance of their own, but our spoiled President collects money that Americans HAVE to pay so he can eat at a 4 star restaurant and go enjoy a Boadway show. Nice-I was hoping that such a man who would take office would seriously improve this country. The more I hear of the shady and unfair things he either does, or is behind, the more I see that that man won't make it too much longer as President. I am not racist, and I understand (to the best of my ability) what pressures must be on him, not only for his color, but for the mess he agreed to get in the middle of by even choosing to run for this office, but he is not portraying himself much of a notable and respectable man. There are tons of people who are very racist in this country and would love the opportunity to open fire on him because he is not proving himself to be a good leader, and that just confirms the corrupt ideas to the ones who hated him from the beginning.
