the first step?

what do you think the first step to being succesfull is? because I think it's time for me to start looking for ways to find that passion in my life to make my family get out of the poverty that we are in and I do mean poverty

The first step to be successful is to be positive. Have interest in the work that you are doing and devote yourself totally to achieve whatever you want to. If you have strong determination and interest certainly You will have success in any work that you are doing.
