That looks like a soap bubble that landed on the stem and leaves of a plant giving it a flower look. Neat!

i don't think it's really a flower. flowers have parts... like petals, stigma, ovary and so on. it's not just from because of rain drops. flowers are the reproductive organs of a plant. so it's part of a plant. not created by rain, i think that the plant somehow produce a substance that reacts with water (now i sound like a geek) and then produces a bubble. i know one plant that can produce the same chemical, petals of a gomamela. if you crush it and extract the substance then add water it will produce a bubbles. but i don't know if other flower's petals can do the same. i just haven't tried it.
