is it possible to earn upto 40000 through internet within a month

i heard from someone that they can earn easily upto 40,000/- indian rupees in a month by using 2 hours per a day through internet. but i m so confused how they earn that amount, because in our india, a IAS Cadre office doesnt earn that much amount in a month by working full day.

Of course it is possible.There are lot of guys working offline,who earn more than an IAS(official salary of course).Earning well online is possible.There are lot of avenues to work on and its like starting your own business on a different medium.You got to offer something to the web user that makes them get to your site.For this you need to provide something useful and interesting..something that makes a difference.And market your services,products,website.Iam sure its possible to earn much more than 40K if things are worked out well.

No, honestly, it's highly unlikely that it's possible.
They're most likely scamming you to get you to join their site, but no site actually pays out that much, ever.
