See, hearing World No Tobbaco day, and all those above the influence commercials just make me want to smoke. As a matter of fact, I'm going to light up right now. I think that though smoking is hazardous to your health, we as humans should be able to decide whether or not we are going to distroy our own bodies. It isn't anyone's business but our own. Thank you... *puff* *puff* *wheeze*

I think all this anti smoking bullspit is just making smokers want to smoke even more. I know that's how I was. I did manage to quit about 2 months ago, only because of the costs though. But I know everytime I saw an anti smoking commercial I'd light up!

Hi John4Christ, I agree with you, I too quit smoking almost 17 years ago and I've felt much better. Now I can't imagine why anyone would want to smoke. Blessings.

i believe that the United Nations is not doing much on telling people to stop smoking, there are lots of young people who are smoking heavily worldwide but do not know or they just claim ignorance of the several diseases associated with the menace, apart from lung cancer, smokers are also liable to some erectile dysfunction problems and bad breath

Great infos about what benefits we receive after stopping to smoke. People should be aware now of what it can do to our body regardless of smokers and second hand smokers.
