Hello, mylotters, are you usually stay up? I usually stay up to 0:00 when weekend, and can't get up unless it is 08:00 later, how about you? I know staying up is bad for health, but can't help staying up, and now, there are black circles near my eyes, it's difficult to let them disappear, how shuold I do to let me go to bed in time every day?
