Thank a lot who don t like my discussions.In this moment i lose my blue star

Now you know what I am going to say don't you You don't keep the same colour clothes on all the time and seems like we change the colour of our star too Just don't take any notice of it and before you realise it will be back to where it was before. I have told you before that I admire you for sticking it out here even though Englsh is not your first language so keep going and don't look in that direction at all. I'll tell you when it gets back to blue again without you having to look every day Have fun that's all!

Hi there :) Like you I was affected by my ratings at first, but the ratio of those who give negative is small compared to those who give you positive. I earned my 9 star last week but it came down to 6 and now I'm doing my best to get my mylot reputation back. My advice would be to stay away from topics like religion and politics and any other controversial issues because most people would rate you negative there.

I have made a few enemies but then I post in the political arena. You should be proud of your opinions. Don't change just because someone doesn't like what you say. The negative raters aren't really happy because your voice is still loud and clear. It is just petty revenge on their part. They only win when you give up. Keep up the honesty and keep speaking your mind.

i don't know why you would loose your star i give you a good rating all time maybe you will get it back soon. don't worry over it you can't please every body all the time

Shoot, I have never had anything but a 4 in my star lol. I guess I am not all that popular here, but that is ok, as I am not running a popular contest anyway. There are some that will give you a negative as they are probably negative throughout their life anyway. I have never really worried about my rating, as it isn't all that important in here. I am here to have fun, and I will continue to do so, in spite of my ratings. If it goes up, great, but if it doesn't then fine. I will probably never ever have a red star, but who really cares. If I tried to be popular it just wouldn't happen. So, I just do my best and let the chips fall where they may. Once people get to know me, they will find out, I am a good person, and I say what I mean and stick with it. We should all be able to express our opinions no matter what and if others don't agree, then so be it. What a world this would be if we all agreed on the same things. Hello my friend! Well, I viewed your profile and take a look on your discussions and they were nice, no reason to get negative ratings. Maybe the trolls had attacked you by giving negative rating. Just keep on what you are doing and you will notice soon that you had already recovered your reputation and also the blue star. Happy mylotting!

yeah same happened to me......i was on my red star when i reached my 150 posts or something.......and i responded to one of the discussions and i gave an honest reply......the other day i saw it came to 8 and then it went down to 7........now i am back on 8 and hopefully will remain like this for sometimes......some people can be such spoil sport........but as you rightly say even i would be the way i am.....no matter how people rate you...... I feel for you. My star rating also went down. I started with an 8. Then it increased to 9. Then yesterday to an 8 again and now, to a 7. (I just have to put a smiley. I can finally use it!) I think sometimes, our responses are misunderstood. It's okay though. I'm sure our star ratings will go up again in time. :) Let's just try our best to post quality responses and help other mylotters. :) Goodluck!

I dont understand the changing colour of your star means anything, did you lose anything by decreased rating where is it denoted on the profile its there only, but its icysmile nice!

Honesty is the best policy and a person should not be afraid to speak their minds, nor their hearts. If everyone always shared the same opinion, the same thoughts and the same idea, then where would that leave us when it comes to having a discussion. You have to also realize people aren't always going to agree with what you say, sometimes they may not like what you have to say, but that's life and its something we live with everyday. Its what makes each of us unique and always remember, nobody is perfect!!! Happy Mylotting!!!
