You can look into the earnings and read about how to earn. As per my personal experience ,it is not how many discussions you reply but the matter you type. If you type in about two or three sentences for a discussion it may take about five or six discussions to earn you a cent. The Matter has to be good and the length is determining. The more number of words you type the more you can earn. I have a routine of replying to only one or two discussions a day. I earn about a cent or two. And I spend only less than an hour. Then there are extra earnings for the discussions you put forward and the pictures you add to your discussion. But you have to be qualified for adding pictures and that is about 100 or 150(not sure)responses. I dont think you get rewarded for the number of responses you get. There is no earnings for the pictures you upload in your profile. Then there is the referral earnings as in other sites. It gives you 25% of the referral earnings. So it's not just to get someone to join mylot from your link. But they have to be an active mylotter. It's a fast way to boost your earnings but make sure they are interested. I have no referrals so far. Guess no one's interested. But i soon hope to add one or two. Another thing ; when you type try to avoid short forms and codes like you use in chatting . Even the u(you) and ur(your) has to be full. That makes your response bigger and will keep yor bank ticking. You can cut and paste when you are a 500 responder. This fact was experinced by me myself. Do not keep your profile idle for long. I had to keep away from mylot for about a year and when I returned I came to know that my earnings were zeroed. I had no idea of that little thing. It was frustrating. After hours of typing when your earnings are removed it should cause a bit of distress. But I have conquered my anger and am back with a bang. You can also earn through tasks but these are hard because they run out fast. Another way to earn in mylot is through your referrals. You get a percentage of what your mylot referrals earn daily.
