How can i tell the truth to the girl who loves me?

She is a very lovely girl,she loves me very much and so do i.But because of the cause that i can't say ,I should leave her.I don't know how to say with her,and i afraid she will be hurt.Who can tell me ,how can i do it.
I feel helpless this night.

There is really no easy way to do this. Whatever happens, both of you will still get hurt. The only thing you can do here is to be gentle when telling the truth. Tell her the real reason behind your decision and explain to her why you can't be with her anymore. She may be hurt and not want to talk to you for a while but when she feels better, she will be grateful for your honesty. Remember, do it gently.
