Would you be able to sleep without any covers?

Had to sleep in my friends house last night and he had no spare covers took me a while to fall asleep. Do you think its just a habit we fall in to that we can't fall asleep without covers?

I guess it depends on the weather outside for me. There are a lot of times in the summer time that I will fall asleep without the blankets but it usually ends up to where I will get cold about three or four in the morning and end up pulling the blankets up over me and then there are times when I will go all night without them. In the winter time when I need the covers..most of the time in the winter time I have at least four heavy blankets on my bed that I cover up with. My husband hates it because it makes him hot but that is about the only way in the winter that I can get comfortable. I like to be warm when I sleep, I think it helps me sleep better.

Ha I would probably have the same problem as your husband. I only ever have one fat blanket and I like the fact that its soft and fat but Its just soo worm. Wish theid make blankets that dont make you warm

does the covers you're saying here means blanket too? if it is... yes i cant sleep without blanket... i find it hard to go to sleep. even during summer i still use blanket, at least to cover half of my legs and feet. i can sleep without a pillow, but i cant sleep without a blanket... if there's no blanket a curtain will do, i had it happened to me a very long time ago, they had no more blanket so i asked for a curtain.... lol
