How to prepare for the Toefl Ibt test,especially the speaking part?

I am a student in university in Shanghai China.I will take part in the Toefl Ibt test in China on August 22th.And I think my spoken English is poor and I want to improve it before the test.But I do not know how to.Can somebody help me and give me some good methods? Thank you very much!

hey saw your question
your university must have an english corner. go there and talk to the foreigners.this is one way.
second,dont forget to practice your english listening,make it better to understand what the tester says.
third,repeat the record of toefl ibt oral speaking,try to recite it.
fourth,listen to english and american radios and all the materials spoken in english you can find,that also helps.
ps:my toefl ibt test taken in Jan,2008 is 102 points.
