Above PTCs and writing online, do you happen to know any sites that pays through transcribing? Thanks.

I know this is a little late, but I just saw your post. I know a site called Call Graph that pays for transcription. They pay $10 for every hour or raw transcription. It does take awhile to transcribe that long of a recording though, so the pay isn't really big. It's good for a little extra cash though and for getting some experience. If you want a referral, you can send me a PM with your email address, and I can send you the link for applying with them. Good luck with whatever you end up doing! :)

Hi I'm a transcriptionist, a virtual assistant actually. I read your other posts too and although people think the industry is shrinking, I continue to be busy and work basically 7 days a week, except when I'm on holidays, as an in demand transcriber. There is always demand for quality transcribers who can understand the language they're transcribing, know their grammar, have an ear for all sorts of accents, and who type fast. This site www.virtual-assistant-advice.com has a page on the transcription section that lists legitimate transcription companies who only use the services of independent contractor home based transcribers. I work with some of these companies too. Hope I've helped.

Well kindly check My Article Zone and see if it really pays. Threshold will be $10 and you need a 3 to 4 minute video or 500 word article to be approved.
