If your 16 year old daughters friend came up to you and said "I am in love with your husband and he will be mine"

Omg i dont know how i would react. It all depends on the moment and depends on what kind of person i am at the time. You can feel sad or sorry for her, mad that she is saying that he will be hers, there are various diferent emotions thta flow through our sistem at the moment of choque.

I would look at them look at my husband and be like wtf, slap the wits out of the girl and go talk privately with my husband after that i would call that little girls mom and tell her what i did and what she said.

Now now, she's only 16!You would probably find yourself in more trouble with her parents than her.....but I do like the way you think lol

Why would she say something like this in the first place? Was she just acting immature? Or there was something going on. Maybe I am overreact. That is the process of thinking if I encountered such situation. What do you think? Maybe she has crushed on my husband. That is another possibility.

The first thing I would do would be to go to my husband and ask him if he knows this girl and if he's ever talked to her. I'd try to be calm about it. Seriously, what in the world do girls like this want with men who are 20+ years their senior? And, knowing that said girls are nothing but jail bait, it baffles me as to why some of these guys willingly risk marriages just for two minutes of pleasure. Ick.

Sounds to me like someone has a teenage crush, but if she is being serious I would tell her she is not welcomed round and explain it to your daughter why. You should not have to deal with that sort of behavour.
