I do use a diary since I was in high school. I think it's a good way of expressing some things you can't share with anyone else. Though others may feel it's inconvenient to have one, you will appreciate having written those things when you grow older. Today, when I read my diary, I remember those stuffs that once made me cry or smile. And I know that having a diary is all worth my time.

I choose to write in a journal to remind me later exactly how things in my life happened and the date. As I have gotten older I don't recall as readily as I used to so journeling is my way of being exact. My children chose to recall differently so it is also a reminder of the way things really were.

i have been writing diary since i was in junior chool. But i do not write it every day, just when i am in low spirits or have something important or special to commemorate. when i read my diary, i can racall the past days, sad or happy, both are great in my life. i enjoy doing so .
