People normally like or less to sleep during the night..so how much time do you sleep per night normally? do you wish sleep more than you do now or you think hours you spent sleeping are enough for you?

Although I may stay up late til the wee hours and only get about 5hrs sleep if I was to go to bed any earlier then I would be up in the middle of the night and up for quite a few more hours then go back to bed and have a couple of hours again..in all that would equate to the same amount of sleep I get going to bed the time I do now...littleowl

Lately I seem to be sleeping longer, I think it's teh weather, it's so cold here at the moment. I used to get by on 6 or 7 hours a night, but no I can go for even 9 hours, just laying in if I donn't have an early start. I also think I have been thru a lot and I;m jus worn out.

I normally sleep for 7-8 hours every night and sometimes less than that. I feel good whenever I have 7-8 hours sleep at night and have lots of energy, but when I sleep less than 7 hours, I do get headache and I feel so lazy. I think 7-8 sleep is enough for me, but it'll be nice to have longer in some days.

I try to sleep 10 hours a day. Because I get (this is no joke) sick the day after if I don't sleep enough. It's like some kind of malfunction of my body. Suppose I sleep 9 hours, than the chances are big that I'll have a cold or a headache the day after...

I usually sleep between 5-6 hours each night. Seems to be enough. If I get tired in the afternoon and am not busy, can catch a quick nap. Have never been a huge sleeper.

I work nights and sleep during the daytime hours. I usually get anywhere from four to eight hours of sleep. I mainly get about four hours and then I am back up though. sometimes four hours is good but then, sometimes four hours is not enough. I need eight good solid hours.

I sleep 6-9 hours per day. But I usually sleep late at night. If I get around 4 hours of sleep then I will feel dizzy in the morning and very much sleepy at work.

Hi, all of us have a biological watch, so we are different in how much sleep we need it. Are persons who are not in good mood if they don t sleep 8 or 9 hours. I can t sleep more than 6 hours, even i want, maybe less, never more. I hate when in weekend i can sleep more, but i really can t, i can stay n bed, but i can t sleep any more.

I usually sleep for about 9 hours a night, which is a little too much. I can't get to sleep without tablets, though, and they tend to keep me asleep for longer than I would like. I feel better if I can restrict it to just 7 hours of sleep. I am a morning person, so would prefer to be up about 6am everyday, but usually sleep until 9 or 10 and feel groggy when I get up.

I sleep very litte. I have insomnia. It stinks because I have to get up at 4:30 AM to go to work. So, I have to try to go to sleep around 7 or 8 at night so that I have at least a few hours because I wake up several times a night. I tried taking over the counter sleep aids and herbal sleep aids and non work. However, prescription sleep aids keep me too drowsy. I am a nurses assistant and can not afford to be drowsy when dealing with my residents. I am hoping that at some point I will be able to sleep again. I am wondering if it is my bed. I might need a new one.
