When order a pizza do you prefer to order online or by phone?

I prefer to order my pizza by phone, becuse I just think the likelihood of a mistake being made on my order if I talk to a live person is much less, sometimes computers make mistakes and there might be a typo on my order if I order online.
What method do you prefer to use when you order your pizza and why?

I really don't like ordering pizza by phone anymore. I've found that whenever you call in an order, you always talk to the rudest, most ignorant worker there and they give you a hard time when you're trying to order. I prefer knowing that it will only take a few minutes to type in what I want online and hit send. It's faster and easier.

You do have a point there in fact I have encountered many rude people when ordering by phone and some of the people who answer the phone at those places dont listen to you and they get your order wrong, but to me theres a greater chance of a mistake in pizza order if you order online becuse sometimes typos happen. but you've certainly made some good points some that might make me reconsider ordering my pizzas online.

It is very rare that I order over the phone I prefer to eat Pizza in restaraunt. But if I wanted take out it would be ordered over the phone . giving clear instructions

here in our place, its more on ordering over the counter. we can order pizza by phone and better if you have brochure or hard copy of their menu.
i dont know of a pizza parlor who has online ordering system here. hope they do have here..

I prefer ordering online! It can be so much easier to just type in what you want compared to talking to someone on the phone. I also love Little Cesears because you can just go in and pick up hot n ready pizzas. If we're ordering though, I'd prefer to do it online. Once in a while I'll use the phone method, if I have to, but I don't prefer it.

We order Dominos online. It is easier and my husband's card is right there. We both hate using phones and prefer to either text each other or email when we are apart. So it stands to reason we only have a phone for emergencies. So, yes. We order online.
