If the whole world were put into one scale, and my mother into the other, the world would kick the beam.
My mean more to me as long as she is alive than all the wealth of whole world. How do you explain my being alive? Or my living through the hard times I have been through?
She is my inspiration.

My mom is very important in my life. Though I know she may not know that because she thinks I dont care about them but I look up to her. She's intelligent, has humor and even if she was mean at some point i know because she just wants the best for me. She's the best mom ever and how I wish she were someone I can tell secrets with but we do not have that relationship.

Well maybe if you think she doesnt know how much you care maybe she needs to hear it more from you. Sounds like you love her alot and appreciate her even more. Moms are truly our best friends and love us no matter what we do. I would bet you could tell her your deepest darkest secret and not only would she have great advice for you but she would probably then know how much you love, care and respect her.

My mom is very important in my life.. she is my best friend... we live together and she is helping me raise my daughter... and shes a great person... she is very giving not only to me and my daughter but to anyone she can help. so.. my mother in one word is WONDERFUL

you're right, that's why we really have to treasure them, treat them as nice as we all can and make them feel loved, my mom and i went through all things together, we've fought and made up, and at that time i really appreciate all the things she does for me, but only when ui got married and have a family of my own that i really appreciate and see what she really means to me. i don't think i'll be able to survive and be the way i am now if not for her... i wouldn't learn all the things i know if not for her. so now, as much as i can, it may not be material gifts but i make it a point to at least make her smile and happy... and if i could, i would tell her every single second of my life that i love her and that i appreciate all the things she did for me. love you nanay....
