Lebron James

After the Cavs lost to the Magic Lebron James walked off the court without shaking the hands of the Magic. I think that is bad sportsmanship and not something that has kids looking up to him should do. After the Nuggets lost to the Lakers Carmelo and Kobe gave each other a hug. That's what good athletes do, but Lebron just walks off the court. What do you all think about this.

If you were Lebron, you put all that effort and time to fall short. I don't think it was right but I understand. They had high expectations this year and to not even make the NBA Finals is a major disappointment for him. The best team won. It was the Magic vs. Lebron series and none of the other key Cavs players showed up.

They had high expectations your right but it the media made it even harder for him. I mean ESPN was running those Kobe and Leborn puppet commercials all thru the playoffs because they assumed it would be the Cavs vs Lakers. All the experts talked about was a Lebron vs Kobe finals matchup which I didn't think was fair to the Nuggets or the Magic. I was hoping both would have lost so everything would get screwed up for the NBA.

lebron is a competitor and he hates losing. we really shouldn't give much thought to this after all, lebron did congratulate dwight howard in an email he sent the next day. plus, it's just the media circus and the lebron haters that made this a big deal. just my thoughts!!! cheers!!!

Sending a congratualtions via email is like breaking up with someone thru a text message. its low class and this is not first time Lebron has done this. He did it when they lost to Celtics last season.

I think LeBron James was pissed off after the game because the Cavs lost and weren't going to the Finals! It was very immature of James and I hope he gets fined for that! Not shaking hands or doing any hugging with the Magic people was immature, too! LeBon shamed the Cavs and himself! Hopefully he'll come to his senses and apologize for his immature actions!

Maybe he should have congratulated his opponents but I'll cut him some slack. He gave his all in the playoffs and left it all on the court. His expectations for himself and his team were high and they didn't get it done. Exhaustion and disappointment. I really don't think he was doing a lot of thinking in that moment and I can't say as I blame him. He's still young and has shown leadership beyond his years. Let's give him some space. He's still maturing.

Not talking to media after the game, not shaking hands with opponents after game and the next day he says he is a competitor and winner and he didn't want to shake their hands. Funny thing Lebron is you aren't a winner because you lost and now you are gonna be know as a sore loser. All hail the King who shall not have to have sportsmanship because he is a winner.
