what do you do when you are sleepy at work?

hi. im up to my neck with deadlines but I'm feeling super drowsy.. a quick fix for me is a cola. it usually wakes me up. how about you?

I usually take a break and play a nice game or something. I don't really drink much cola as I am afraid of the calories. If playing a game on the computer doesn't help, then I get up and walk around a bit.

Cafenine, physical activity (move around your desk or to a new environment if your a freelancer like me). Of course, one of the biggest advantages of being a freelancer (God knows it's not the $) is getting to take a break or a nap whenever you want, as long as you make the deadline.

when i sleep at work?mmh..normally i just try to hide myself behind the computer screen or printers ahrd disk...in this way nobody can be careful about what happened in that case...

I feel drowsy sometimes too. It is really tough to work when the eyes are getting close.So to get rid of the sleepy feeling I do take a cup of hot coffee. I take three to four cups of coffee a day.Apart from it I hear music specially of genre punk or rock.
Cola sounds a bit strange. I had never tried it out.

Well I have a couple of different things that I do/mixed around during the week. One of them is taking a 5-10 minute walk outside the office to get some fresh air. Sometimes I talk on the cellie and walk at the same time on my breaks. If I can't leave my desk for some odd reason, I take sips of cold water - maybe twice every five minutes or so until i feel awake again. Sometimes, the sips of water lasts all day! Hehehehe....

I will stop my work for a while .
I do stretching arms, legs and any parts of the body, bending,and jumping.
Go to comfort room do some retouch of make ups , seeing face in mirror
and inhale ,exhale.
After that energy comes again with you and sleepiness goes out.
