All of us dream. It is nature, it is science. But how many of us really remember what we dreamt last night. Well i dont! But my mother does and she also narrates the entire sequence. Did you know that dreams are more like your subconscious talking to you - about your fears, happiness, insecurity, etc. If you understand the pattern of your dream you can solve many problem in your life!!! If you remember your dreams do write about them too :)

i too am one of those who remember most of their dreams. i don't write them down though, too lazy ehehe but i can remember some dreams from years before. they're somehow really prominent, well somethings just really stand out from those dreams. in fact, i still remember some dreams from a few days ago quite vividly too. and yes, i agree that some dreams are actually quite meaningful, i've actually written up a simple article about the types of dreams on hubpages.^_^

I think the content is really interesting. I liked the fact part the most :) But i found it confusing why you have used both bullets and the numebering together. I would suggest that you either remove the bullets or take off the numberings before each fact. Thank you for have shared the link. :)

Hi, sometime i can remember my dream. But sometime dont. It is very funny. Like my dad he will dream of some number and go to buy lottery. But i did not have such dream before. The dream i will remember is something like ghost dream. I always dream of something scary like i am staying in a ghost mansion with some friends. Very funny right? Happy Myloting!!!

I believe that I always have a dream when every time I sleep but not all dreams I remembered. I sometimes remember my dreams when I woke up but not entirely, only the things that I think is memorable or something that stick in my mind. I don't know why I can't remember all of my dreams. Maybe if I'll remember all of my dreams, I can sense the things might happen in the future. Well, most of the times I experience something that it had happened already with the same situation and because of that I can sense what is going to happen afterwards. I don't know why I felt it or how did I sense it but it just happen. It seems that I had saw th situation before or it already happen to me before. Its hard to explain but I think its in my dream. I do sometimes remember my previous dream when the situation had already happened. It's really funny for me because I know what will be the next thing will happen.

I don't really remember the dreams most of the time. But sometimes I remember it partially or sometimes nothing of it.If it is a nightmare, then I find myself in a bad mood after waking up. Sometimes I also don't find exact reason behind the bad mood. I think dreams are really interesting thing that happen and it is also a good medium to solve certain problems which we cannot solve when we are awake. It is quiet certain that we dream those dreams that are related to our day to day life.Parts of these dreams we remember and the rest we do forget.

I remember some of my dreams. I've never written them down before, but I usually tell someone about them afterwards. I think I should start writing them down and try to figure them out. Maybe I'll have an epiphany if I pay attention to my dreams more carefully.

I almost always remember dreams that I have and sometimes they are so wacked out they seem like I've fallen into a movie. I should write them down, would make great novels or screenplays. I think I'm going to start doing that :)

Actually yeah I do remember my dreams. Some I still remember because the whole thing was weird. Some I remember only a few hours after I dreamt it. Its like I still remember it when I woke up but when I get to do my usual daily things then I try to remember what I dreamt about, I wouldnt be able to remember anything about it. I have to say though that there are those kinds of dreams that are quite weird but I remember them. Then after a few months they would actually happen. No kidding. Im weirded out by them actually. But since to this day, the count is already 5, Im getting used to it. It has made me more observant in anything and everything.

i would remember the general outline of the dreams but not the details. at times, i dreamed about striking it rich through lottery but somehow when i woke up i could not recall the winning numbers which made me rich in the dreams. but i can remember the other details like how i spent the money in the dream etc. i also realized that once i had less problems and pressure, i would have sweet dreams rather than nightmares. nightmares were more often when i was under pressure and stress

people often have nightmares when they are facing a BIG problem in ther life. But i think they do convey some message. So instead of getting frightened about the dream, one should analyze and look for a solution in it. :)

Do you remember you dreams after you wake up......... Hello there friend, thanks for posting this discussion. I was just thinking about posting a similar one. I do remember my dreams when I wake up. But sometimes I can only remember a few bits and pieces. Here is the dream that I dreamed about last night. I dreamt that my sister that has already passed away answered the telephone in the house where I"m living at now. She was upstairs and she used to like to play alot of joke, so anyhow it was one of my ex. on the telephone. So after playing around a bit with him on the phone she finally decided to call me to the phone. Somehow I was already expecting the call so I picked up the phone to see if it sounded like him. He sounded really weak and he said that he'd suffered from a stroke and also he said that he'd married a Caucasian woman. Anyhow right before going to sleep last night, I had prayed and asked God to show me a sign or tell me if I'm to contact my ex. or just leave it alone. As I"m married now and have a family of my own but things haven't been going so great with my happily ever after spouse so I had really been thinking about calling my ex. up to find out if things had been going happily ever after for him. Anyhow my ex. is someone that was once a very important person in my life and had a great influence in me becoming the person that I am today. Also at one time my ex. and i were considering marriage. I don't know if he was my soulmate or not but the two of us sure did get along rather good. Especially in the intimacy department. Anyhow what would you make of this dream, do you think that I should try to make contact or just leave the past in the past?

Hi Citychic, thanks for posting. Regarding the dream, i afraid i'm not an expert in dream analysis - so the comments i have posted for other is more generic and is a guess :)) However, i would suggest you that if you are looking to find out if your ex is happier than you are - DON'T call. If he IS happy you will feel more depressed thinking that life would have been much better with him :| From your dream i get that you are trying to portray your feeling in your ex. Now that you have said that you and your hubby are not getting along well, probably you are feeling weak (emotionally, mentally - that is why your ex said he had a stroke). So call your ex if it going to be a casual talk. This is only a suggession and please excuse me if i sound rude in anyway. Thanks again. Happy MyLotting :)

yup you are right. The scary dreams (nighmares) are the ones that lingers around my thought for that day. I try to shoo the thought and slowly when i get involved in some kind of work i tend to forget it. Thanks for responding :)

Hi :) Some of my dreams I remember very vividly. Other times, I forget them about as soon as I wake up. I have read that is the sub-conscious mind's way of working things out. So it is good to dream! Karen

It's a facinating subject! I look forward to reading your responses. I wake with vague images in my head but can rarely narrate the dream as a full sequence of events. except for one recurrent dream. I'm watching myself from a distance acting a part on a stage. The scene keeps changing as does the character till it's all just a jumble of things. I'm then asked which was the best scene. Usually I come to the conclusion there isn't one! I'm sure I must have my share of bad dreams as I sometimes wake up feeling alarmed or outright scared, but when I try to recall them I cant. I've not been aware of any dreams for the last 2 months but I'm in a period of mourning and it's something that always happens. Perhaps my brain is sorting out all the conflicting emotions but doesn't want to bother me with the minor details. My son says he never dreams but he talks in his sleep often. lol

Thanks for the appreciations. Well i think something similar happens to me. It is more like watching a movie but the thrilling part is that I'm a part of the movie as well! So i run, run for my life always (in my dreams) :)

There are times, when I do remember my dreams, but it really doesn't happen very often at all. I know that I dream every night, just like everyone else, but I just can't remember what I dream. Sometimes I do, as I've said, but not that often at all to be perfectly honest. It's just not something that I have an easy time remembering. I wish could easily remember what my dreams are, but I just don't. I just can't remember what I dreamed the night before.

Yes I usually do remember my dreams when I wake up. I keep a dream journal right next to my bed and try and right down what ever I can remember from my dreams. It's weird because I can wake up and go to the bathroom or get some water and then go back to bed and then go right back into the same dream I was having or something really similar to it. I think that what you did in the day before you went to sleep plays a role in the dreams you'll have during the night. I try and lucid dream or astral project each night I go to bed or at least do some meditation before falling asleep. It's all very relaxing and refreshing. I get really excited when I wake up with a really long dream to write in my dream journal.

That's really cool that you wake-up, do your activities, go back to sleep with the continuation of the last dreamt dream! That's something unusual and whenever i have tried doing it, it just doesn't come back. So i start dreaming something new - LOL :)

I had a dream several nights ago that was incredibly disturbing to me. It would take a long time for me to explain what was in it, but believe me when I said that it scared the heck out of me. It still does, even now.

At times dreams can be very disturbing too and the worst is that you may dream the same thing many time! I think there should be a good way to cope with it :)

If its a dream that really meant something to me I repeat it first thing when I wake up and then I can tell others about my dreams. I usually can understand my dreams but there are some I have no idea where they came from. The best dreams are flying, they can be fun but also scary. Have you ever dreamt that you were flying?

Oh! thats typically what my mother does. First narrate what she dreamt and if the dream is too exciting then she would call her sisters up and narrate them the story - LOL :)

Yeah, sometimes I remember some parts of the scenes but not exactly the whole thing. It depends on my mood. There are times that I dreamed of being courted by plenty of men or having been a famous actress of all time. Also dreams about me being a top model or the times that I have been rejected....so you see?....and most likely when I woke up,I will be confused that I found myself in tears.
