Trying to Earn $100 from my blog

Hi Babyfuzz, I think if you keep the number of paid reviews to a minimum, the search engine might not penalize so much. I wonder how many paid reviews those bloggers make per month? And how many original posts they make per month? It is really hard to bring a blog to PR4, and to let it drop to PR0 is so painful, the traffic to the blog will drop drastically.

In payperpost, you really have to have an interim post in between. So you should have one paid post and then next you have an original post and then you can follow it with a paid post. Others are okay with 2:1 (2 paid posts to 1 original). Blogs here in the Philippines don't reach PR4. We only have PR3 blogs... as far as I know.

Hi Babyfuzz, surprising to hear that you do not use SEO techniques for blog writing. How do you manage to get high page rank then? I think you should try to maintain a higher page rank for your blog, so that you can ask for higher rate for paid review, plus to keep a high traffic flow from search engines to your blog.

Hi, bumba. I think I have 10 visitors in a day. I also have to visit other blogs so they would visit me back. You have to earn your readers first. Like I said, I had to wait 3 months before my blog got approved from PPP. Maybe because I have no returning visitors yet and that my blogposts are not enough. PPP has new version, PPPv4. Maybe you can try to apply there. They said you don't need to wait for your blog to get approved.

It was rejected because my blog was very new and the first one they told me that I had to have archive in my blog. But I deleted my first blog and transferred all the content to the new one. Now I think I can resubmit my blog because it's old enough and I have written more contents so I hope to get approved this time.

Oh, yeah. I don't know how archives and transferring blogs work. Anyway, yeah, just make sure it's about 90 days old. Good luck! ^^

Hi, Jemina! Why are you being rejected? I mean, did you apply many times? It's funny because the day before I was approved I was really gonna give up on PPP. So, it was really a big surprise when I receive an email telling me that my blog has been approved. It's exciting! but sometimes there are no good opps available. Anyway, just focus on your goals and you'll just be surprised one day. Yeah, I use wordpress. There's a link here in mylot where you can just paste it on your RSS feed. Actually I don't remember where. It was long time ago. Will look for it when got the time. ^^ I think somewhere in the Earnings section or the FAQ where it says, want to earn more from Mylot or referral.. somewhere in between. ^^

I write for both now. Starting to start writing for my blog back and can add all the lingo language, :p.. You are right, blogging is more fun. But I use Triond to upload articles and mostly poems. Take care..

Does it really decrease my page rank and what effect does decreased page rank has anyway? I'm quite protective over my site/blog because I've been investing a lot on it for the past year and I'm quite proud with what I have accomplished on my own :)
