1) Mylot uses a private formula to "weight" the discussions and responses by their length and quality,so the more responses and discussions you start,respond to,and the more other members you interact with,the better your "score" and therefore,payment!
2) I think the first responder answered that just fine,so not doing that again..
3)The Numbers are your discussion counter..eg,at this time,I'm approaching the 2000 mark..
