When do you go to sleep?

Okay, so I am curious into finding about the sleeping hours, I don't go to sleep in the aftternoon, I have never taken a nap, and I go to sleep at 11, or 10, how about you? when do you sleep and at what hour do you go to sleep? plz share, your, umm, sleeping hours

I normally go to bed around 10-11 and I think I usually fall asleep after 30 minutes or an hour, this is my normal routine, except on the weekend which I sleep late and get up late as well . I used to take a nap before, but since we get internet at home, I'd rather be online.
