What are the best ways of reducing stress?

I think it is important that one does not bring home his/her work because spending quality time with family can help reduce stress. Aside from this, one should be able to be able to have that "ME" time -- for instance girls could go nail salons or have a nice, warm cup of coffee with friends while boys can play golf or basketball or perhaps have a night of video games with friends.

just be positive even if someone says you are going to die.Dont be worried about daily problems.nothing is permanent.youll face problems everydayy in your life
You can either stress yourself by thinking again and again about it or just simply forget your problems and take it as a simple work like eating,sleeping.
Though I never get stressed,even then what i do is switch on my headset tune into some good music i like and after some time I'm in dreams where there is no tension or anyone to stress you.
Last thing is do whatever your heart says is right,never do the same things as others are doing for stress relieve or things like that,as it will only become a work for you which will result in more tension.
This world is in your hands you can make it a happy place to live in or take stress and make it a living hell.

I like to eat some delicious food with my friends when i have stress.Although i know eating food will make me fat and cost lots of money,i still like to do it.

If I am worried or stressed, various things help: sketching, reading a great book or watching a movie, taking a nice walk, praying, or talking it over with someone close. The best of all is when I can actually DO something about whatever problem or situation is stressing me...action works to eliminate the stress.

i would choose to talk out!
i often face the difficulty on my work which bring big stress to me,so i would talk it to my hubby,told him what kind of stress i took in hand,may be at same time,i would cry out,although he couldn't give me some good comfort,i also will feel better when i talk out and cry out,but then i still find a good method which i am able to reduce the stress by myself.
