What is the best way to burn calories?

I need to burn 1000 calories daily and I need some examples of activities (regular house chores, outdoors activities or exercises) that will all add up to 1000 calories. I really need an effective way to burn 1000 cal or even more. I'd appreciate any help! Thanks! :)

you would need to bike or swim almost 2 hours daily to burn 1000 cal daily (I just read this) and I don't mean slashing around or coasting either, I mean swimming and biking. Or you could jog around 10 miles (since I can barely jog to the mailbox that won't work for me.)

I still don't know how to swim yet damn it... :( I tried to learn last year at the beach but it was useless. I know I have to, I kept hearing it's a good way to burn calories. I guess I'll just have to do a magic trick and get a treadmill... it's the only way I can run everyday.

its probably a good bet that learning to swim in the ocean is the hardest place to learn

I will choose exercises if i be you.I think it is easy burn more calories if we always do it.Exercise can make us healthy than do home work or activity at home.It is because exercise have many way and effective to burn calories.But do what you prefer and never give up to do that.I hope it will help you.Maybe you can do all of them.

Thanks for your answer! But I mentioned that I need more examples of all kinds of activities, even house chores, because I doubt there are any exercises that will help me burn ALL those 1000 calories without spending my WHOLE DAY at the gym... I thought a combination of more activities might help me reach my daily goal of 1000 calories.
