Dyslexia

Hey friends, what do you'll know about dyslexia...can anyonehelp me. Children who are unable to read or write clearly are dyslexic..am I right when they get the 'c's and '9's all wrong. How do we improve their learning skills. Your input would really help

I dont really know too much about dyslexia. I think if you just continue to work with your child he will improve over time. Just take 20 minutes a day to set aside just time for showing him this is how to write the number 9 and the letter C or B and so forth. It will take time. I am having trouble with my 4 year old right now with learning her ABC's. She can only reconize many 15-20 of the letters. I just work with her every day and over 2 weeks I finally saw an improvement.

Thank you so much for your input. Yes I am constantly working with him with reading and writing. The confusion is letter d mainly. I have tried associating it with like b is for belly that is in front so the letter b can be associated with belly and the circle will be in front. Thanks again

dyslexia is when you write everything and read backwards , the only thing you can do is try to help them by having them keep doing it the right way my son was the same way he got better but he still does do some things backwards it takes time.
