I have 2. One is a petite calico who is a "ama's girl" she swats at the dogs and stays to herself (and me). The oter is a big orange male tabby who is VERY verbal and acts like one of the dogs. Is actually as big as the doxie. Quite a difference in personalities!! But, I love em both!

We just got a cat about a week ago. We adopted him from the animal shelter. He's about a year old and we named him Asriel. :)
He's quite shy, but he's getting used to us now. He's VERY playful, which is why we chose him because he reminds us of the cats we had when we lived with our parents. He's very lovey, too, and likes to climb up on the bed and watch tv with us. ^_^

I have three. One is a bengal cross, one is black and the other is a brownish/grey tabby. They are all different in personality. One is really vocal and active, one is shy and secretive, and the other one is really lazy and cute. They all like to play. They like big paper bags and will run around after shadows and light reflections. They are also really picky about what they eat.
Last autumn we got a few bats flying around in the evenings and the cats would go to an upstairs window and try catching them as they flew past. One just loves hunting around the house for spiders and if he catches any will carry them to you. He also likes little teddy bears and will carry them around the house with him and sleep with them in his paws.

We have one cat. His name is Salem and he is white as snow and has crisp baby blue eyes. He came from a litter of kittens our outside cat had. He is such a character. Loves anything that smells minty. I have caught him rummaging around in my purse looking for mints and gum. I have reached in to get out the gum several times only to find it chewed through the wrapper with little teeth marks in it. He is the absolutley the most vocal cat I have ever owned....talks back worse than the kids do. Salem loves to play and is our evening entertainment he knows when everyone is gathered around the TV, thats when he goes nuts and does his thing. The kids play chase with him all they have to do is say "BOO kitty" and its on......
