see a doctor maybe, maybe something you eat triggers a migrain... maybe your skull swells in your head, thats what happens to someone i know

oops:) Sorry to scare you like that, it could be nothing lol.. just giving some examples. If it last more than a week or so maybe you should see a doctor.. or if it happens again or a few more times, its not always serious but it could be. This person i know whose head swells just had to take some pills, she no longer takes them though... also her doctor told her not to eat chocolate a few years back becaue she said it could be what triggered her really bad headaches :) GL On your exams! I hope that your head doesnt bother you too much!

Personally this sounds like either a Tension or a Migraine headache, and both of them are No fun for sure. Hopefully things have gotten better for you, and you can concentrate, but you might need to check your Blood Pressure first and see if it is elevated and then if things do not improve maybe you also need to see a Doctor and get this checked out for sure. Having a Bad Headache is NO Fun and I am only wishing you the Best from here.

It sounds like you have a migraine. You can take ibuprofen and then in two hours take tylenol. Sometimes alternating those two can help some. Usually when my head is that bad, I crawl up under a blanket and cover my head until it goes away.

My mom has migraines.... and I have had some too. I have not had any in quite awhile. You might try to figure out if there are certain triggers that actually cause them with you. Everyone has different triggers, but if you can figure out why you get them you can avoid the triggers!
