What is the most disturbing news item?

it was something I read in a magzine a while ago. Thsi youngish couple were walking some-where maybe home and they were approached by a gang, whom started hurling abuse at them. They started puching and kicking the guy and his girlfriend tried to help defend him by trying to get the gang off him so the gang started beating her as well. The girlfriend ended up dying and the man survived and wishes that his girlfriend never tried to help him and just left the gang to beat him up. This made me feel so sick!

Recently? The issue about the abortion doctor being shot by pro-lifers.... in a church... while his wife and the congregation watched. I don't like to pick fights about political views or religious views or abortion or any of the hot topics... but this story really was shocking. I can't believe that a group of people (not just an individual!) would sit around going "I believe in LIFE and anyone who disagrees is a MURDERER," and then get up, go to church, and SHOOT a man who disagreed with them. This is absolutely insane. What are we coming to??? Not to mention, whether or not you agree with abortion aside, that doctor helped a lot of women and families over the years who were in a very very bad spot.... You don't go out and get a second trimester abortion for kicks. You do it because something is really wrong and the consequences of not doing it are dire enough to change your mind.

The most disturbing scenes for me are those when human behaves like wild animals torturing others,make killings,do acts which no way has got any benefits,harming innocent people and animals,doing all sorts of illegal things to make money,and mostly when they act the inhuman way.
