Hi, I have been a gym freak for a long time now and there is one question that noyone is able to answer me, When I use weight for my arms they always seem to get bigger and it is for real and not only in my head! Others have also noticed a big difference. I do not want my arms to get bigger, I want to tone them. I have tried lifting lighter weights with less reps and then I tried it with more reps but my arms always got bigger. Can anyone please help me to get nice toned arms.

Try going to www.T-Tapp.com
This lady has a background of yoga, pilates, and physical therapy. She worked with models in Europe for many years and knows about toning as opposed to building muscle. Her exercise program has been recommended by Dr. Perricone in of of his books. She has also written a book that includes a DVD in the back of the book and a coupon in the back of the book for a discount on any of her workout routines. You can get more of an idea of the exercise routines and how it all works from the website. I hope this helps.

I found after doing her 15 minute workout for a couple of days that I was standing straighter, my knees were straightening up and I could walk without problems. My stomach was really tightening up even after delivering two large babies over time. She tells you on one of her DVD's to push off with your two little toes when walking instead of pushing off with your big toe. This is just one of the little points she gives that no one has ever said anything about. It takes the pressure off of your knees. Her book is really important to go through as you do the beginning exercises because the book breaks down every part of each exercise. She also customizes each exercise according to your individual build.
