If you had the choice to pay taxes on everything you do now,would you? Even though tax payers money pay for important expenses would you continue to pay them if u had the choice to pay or not to pay

Without a doubt I would not pay. The only way I would is if the government used the money responsibly. For example, government healthcare is terrible. Not to mention it is ridiculously slow and painful process. And this is just one of our "benefits" of paying taxes. Until they can learn to use the money correctly, and if I had the choice, I wouldn't pay them another dime.
