ok, over the weekend we were leveling out the area where we are goin to put our swimming pool up and we had my husband's cousin come over and help out.. well when they got here they started to drink ( i of course was not drinking, have my own kids to watch). they had there 1 year old there 5 year old and there 12 year old with them. when they are drinking they dont get along. so after a few hours they started arguing about every little thing there was. so i finaly got sick of it and told her she needed to stop drinking and sober up because i couldnt take much more of this. so she didnt open another beer..that was fine. we started grilling chicken and hotdogs and she put the baby down and he went right for the grill well she didnt even stop him. i picked him up and got mad that they were not paying close enough attention to there kids and started arguing with them. well her boyfriend got on my case and called me a freakin lier( to put it nicely)and told him that he needed to sober up and go the heck home.. she had already stopped drinking for a while now so she was sobering up. but he was another story.. i just dont like the fact that every time they come over they leave me watching there kids and then dont even help out cleaning up from the night before.. just get up and leave.. was i wrong for flipping out on them, considering that he is my husbands cousin? or should i have just dealt with it and left it alone? my husband was getting upset about the whole thing as well, and said that he was about ready to tell them they had to leave if they were goin to act like that, and he wasnt upset that i said that to them he just said that i should have waited, and shouldnt have told them when they were drinking. which i probably shouldnt have but i just couldnt take it anymore. usually when i flip out like that they just laugh and leave me alone but this time i must have hit a nerve with them.was i wrong?
